Kayıtlarımı kaybettim

Rembelle'in kayıtları senin cihazında durur; bizde bir kopyası yoktur, dolayısıyla uzaktan geri getiremeyiz. Daha önce Ayarlar → Veri ve Gizlilik'ten şifreli yedek aldıysan, aynı ekrandan parolanla geri yükleyebilirsin.

Yedek parolamı unuttum

Yedek, cihazdan çıkmadan önce senin belirlediğin parolayla tamamen şifrelenir. Parola olmadan açılamaz — bunu biz de açamayız. Bu, yedeğin başkasınca okunamamasının bedeli.

Aboneliği nasıl iptal ederim?

Abonelik App Store üzerinden yürür. iPhone'da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler yolundan Rembelle'i seçip iptal edebilirsin. İade talepleri de Apple üzerinden yapılır.

Premium'u iptal edersem kayıtlarım silinir mi?

Hayır. Premium sona erdiğinde mevcut kayıtların silinmez ve okunabilir kalır; yalnızca yeni kayıt açmak ve premium işlemler kısıtlanır.

Paylaştığım hediye kutusunu nasıl kapatırım?

Kutunun kendi ekranından bağlantıyı istediğin an iptal edebilirsin. İptal edilen ya da süresi dolan bir bağlantı, içeriği ve bilgilerini göstermez.

Bildirim gelmiyor

iPhone Ayarlar → Bildirimler → Rembelle yolundan iznin açık olduğunu kontrol et. Hatırlatmalar cihazında planlanır; hangi gün için ne kadar önce haber verileceğini kişinin kartının altındaki “Hatırlatma zamanı” bölümünden seçebilirsin.

Verilerimi silmek istiyorum

Ayarlar → Veri ve Gizlilik → “Tüm verileri sil” her şeyi kalıcı olarak kaldırır; özel alanın şifreleme anahtarı da yok edilir. Hesap sistemi olmadığı için silinecek ayrı bir hesap yoktur.

How do I get in touch?

Write to [email protected] about anything. You will usually hear back within a few working days.

I lost my records

Rembelle keeps your records on your device; we hold no copy, so we cannot restore them remotely. If you made an encrypted backup earlier under Settings → Data and Privacy, you can restore it there with your passphrase.

I forgot my backup passphrase

A backup is fully encrypted with the passphrase you chose before it leaves the device. Without it the backup cannot be opened — not by us either. That is the price of nobody else being able to read it.

How do I cancel the subscription?

The subscription runs through the App Store. On iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Rembelle and cancel. Refund requests also go through Apple.

If I cancel Premium, are my records deleted?

No. When Premium ends, nothing you already saved is deleted and it stays readable; only creating new records and premium actions are limited.

How do I close a gift box I shared?

You can revoke the link at any time from the box's own screen. A revoked or expired link shows neither the content nor any details about it.

I am not getting notifications

Check that permission is on under iPhone Settings → Notifications → Rembelle. Reminders are scheduled on your device; how far ahead you are told about someone is chosen in the “Reminder timing” section at the foot of their card.

I want my data deleted

Settings → Data and Privacy → “Erase all data” removes everything permanently, and the private vault's encryption key is destroyed with it. There is no account system, so there is no separate account to delete.
